DIANE
S. ROSENBERG: Born in Washington, DC, Diane holds
a Bachelors of Science from the College of Business Management at
the University of Maryland (B.S. 1987) and a Juris Doctor from the
University of Richmond T. C. Williams School of Law (J.D. 1991).
Ms. Rosenberg practices in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy,
eviction, real estate and litigation. She is admitted to appear
before all federal and state courts in the jurisdictions of Maryland,
Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Ms. Rosenberg is a member of the

ANSELL III: Born in Andrews AFB, Maryland, John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland (1994) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, J.D. 2001. John practices in the areas of real estate and real property settlements, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and commercial litigation.
